Michel Combot will join French regulator ARCEP on 1 June 2010 as Deputy Director General responsible for managing the Fixed and Mobile Services and Consumer Relations Department.
He will replace Benoît Loutrel who was recently appointed Director of the General Commissariat for Investment’s digital economy programme.
Combot is currently deputy director of cabinet for Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, the Secretary of State responsible for forward planning and the development of the digital economy.
