Rand Merchant Bank was merchant bank and transaction sponsor, while Deutsche Securities was sponsor. PwC and SizweNtsaluba VSP were joint reporting accounts. Webber Wentzel attorneys was legal and tax adviser, while Prinsloo, Tindle & Andropoulos was attorney to MTN Zakhele.
