A spokesperson confirmed the two-and-a-half year facility had been agreed to, adding that the proceeds will be used for general purposes such as refinancing.
Rostelecom owns 100% of Mobitel. Meanwhile, Mobitel owns 5.24% of its parent’s share capital.
