Orascom Telecom Holding has sold its ISP LINKdotNet and Link Egypt to Mobinil based on a company value of US$130m.
The transaction only involves the Egyptian ISP part of the business and Orascom will retain LINK Development, LINKonLINE, Connect Ads, Arab Finance Brokerage Company and Arpu+.
LINKdotNet represents 56% and Link Egypt 90% of the revenue and EBITDA of OTH Internet Services.
Mobinil is controlled by Orascom and France Telecom.
