The spectrum is currently being held by entities including the police, the armed forces and taxi companies.

The spectrum is currently being held by entities including the police, the armed forces and taxi companies.
If Mintic is able to free up a large amount of spectrum in the short term, it may result in the sale of spectrum in more than one band.
This auction will reportedly be open to existing operators.
