International finance lawyer Eric Milne has joined the Dubai office of law firm Jones Day as a partner. Milne was formerly a partner in the banking and finance practice of Simmons and Simmons in Dubai.
Milne has worked on a number of telecom and infrastructure financings and advised the bank syndicate in connection with Yahsat’s US$1.2bn financing for Yahsat 1A and Yahsat 1B.
