Russian mobile operator MegaFon has signed a credit line of up to US$50m (E39m) opened for five years with Nordea, according to RBC.
The proceeds will be used to repay the debt of Synterra, which MegaFon recently acquired, and for general corporate purposes.
MegaFon bought Synterra in June for a reported amount of US$745m.
The company was not immediately available for comment.
