Polish telecoms group MediaTel has reportedly agreed to buy 100% of mobile operator CenterNet from NFI Midas.
The agreement stipulates that the transaction should not be lower than PLN260m (E67m).
The closing of the transaction is reportedly contingent to the results of due diligence results and shareholder approval.
CenterNet, which holds 1710MHz-1730MHz frequencies, launched operations in May last year. Until its own network is built it is using Orange’s network.
The company was not immediately available for comments.
