Vivendi –owned incumbent Maroc Telecom has appointed Laurent Mairot as its new CFO. He replaces Arnaud Castille who has joined Vivendi as senior vice president of strategy and development.
Mairot was previously vice president of management and business plan control/ holding company accounts at Vivendi. He is replaced by Florent de Cournuaud, who joins from SFR business team where he was CFO.
Meanwhile there are also changes to Maroc Telecom’s supervisory board following the recent resignation of Jean-Bernard Levy, who was CEO of its parent Vivendi.
Jean-François Dubos takes up Levy’s vacated position on the board.
Jean-Rene Fourtou, Vivendi’s chairman and already on Maroc Telecom’s supervisory board, is appointed to vice-chairman.
