Belgium’s largest telco Belgacom has announced a proposed management restructuring, a few days after Dominique Leroy joined as CEO.
Dirk Lybaert becomes executive vice president of corporate affairs, a position which regroups several responsibilities including group communications, legal, public affairs, regulatory, security governance and investigations.
Meanwhile Bruno Chauvat, who held the position of executive vice president strategy and content, left the Belgacom group after his position was cancelled.
Vincent Licoppe will take up the strategy aspect of this role as head of group strategy and transformation.
