The telecoms incumbent owned 97.2% of EPT when the offer was made at Ft16,300 per share.
First Pest City Telephone Company Co (EPT) was set up in 1992. It has three areas of business: VoIP services to business and residential customers, wholesale services to international partners and an IP-based service for international and domestic distance calls.
