Magyar Telekom, the Hungarian telco controlled by Deutsche Telekom, has made an offer for unused spectrum in the 900 MHz band.
Magyar said in a statement that it submitted its bid today with the National Media and Infocommunications Authority in the context of the ongoing auction of 10.8 MHz of unused spectrum in the 900 MHz frequency bands.
According to Magyar Telecom the auction results are expected by the end of January 2012 the latest.
