Bank Hapoalim is arranging the facility, while Bank Leumi, Amitim, Israel Discount Bank, Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, HSBC, First International Bank of Israel and Union Bank are also expected to participate.
012 Smile, which is owned by Eurocom Communications, agreed to acquire the Bezeq stake in October 2009.
