Satellite communications ground systems developer KVH Industries has appointed Peter Rendall as its new chief financial officer. Rendall is replacing Patrick Spratt who has retired, although will continue to work with KVH through a short transition period and then as a consultant.
Prior to KVH, Rendall was most recently consulting CFO to IT recruitment firm JobSmart Partners having been joint CEO and CFO at Top Layer Security, a network intrusion prevention systems specialist.Rendall has also held senior finance positions with Logica, Elcom International and SaaS.
