Mexican mobile operator Iusacell is to take part in the forthcoming dark-fibre auction in the country.
According to BNamericas, Iusacell was one of two parties to submit bids prior to the April 5 deadline. Televisa has teamed up with Telefonica and the cable firm Megacable and will also take part.
The 20 year licences are due to be awarded on June 9.
