Israeli mobile operator Partner Communications has appointed former director Yacov Gelbard to CEO, replacing David Avner on October 1, according to reports.
It is reported that Partner had previously announced that deputy CEO Eli Glickman would succeed Avner, who becomes vice president. However, Glickman will instead leave the company.
In June, Partner Communications was reported to be considering a NIS500m (US$135.6m) debt refinancing, as well as a possible uniform public offering.
Partner Communications could not be reached by the press deadline.
