Orange, Telenet and Apax in second stage of SFR BeLux sale process
French incumbent Orange, Liberty Global’s Belgian cableco Telenet and private equity firm Apax Partners have reportedly been shortlisted to bid for Altice’s SFR units in Belgium and Luxembourg.
