Horizon Capital wins control of Ukrainian telco Datagroup

Lorimer Ventures, an affiliate of Ukrainian fund manager Horizon Capital, has won approval from the Ukrainian antitrust regulator to take control of local telco Datagroup. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine disclosed that it has allowed Cyprus-based Lorimer to purchase shares in Datagroup giving it a stake of more than 50%.
