Private equity firm Innova Capital’s subsidiary Fisterra has launched a tender offer to acquire Polish data centre operator ATM.
Fisterra is offering PLN12.4 (US$4.08) for each of ATM’s 36.34 million shares, valuing the transaction at PLN450.65m (US$150.38m), the Warsaw-based subsidiary said in a statement.
UniCredit is managing the tender offer, with the subscription period running from 5 May to 4 June.
The Central European PE firm wants to withdraw ATM’s shares from trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and help it to grow organically. According to the statement, Innova would like ATM to acquire similar companies in Central Europe.
ATM has a market value on the Warsaw bourse of PLN446.66m (US$147.7m) on the Warsaw bourse. The company provides telecoms services under the brands ATMAN and Thinx Poland.
