Mobile satellite operator Inmarsat has appointed Frank Coles as senior director of maritime services for Inmarsat’s Global Xpress programme, a next generation global service.
He previously served as CEO and president of Globe Wireless, a provider of maritime communications and IT services. He also worked 12 years as a deck officer at sea, and overall has 34 years experience in the maritime industry.
