Eva Berneke has announced plans to step down as senior executive vice president of Danish telco TDC’s business division by July.
She is leaving to become CEO of KMD, the largest IT company based in Denmark, replacing Lars Monrad-Gylling who is leaving after 15 years in office.
The telco has yet to appoint a successor at TDC Business, which supplies telecoms solutions to nearly three quarters of Danish companies.
In September private equity firm KKR sold its remaining 11% stake in TDC, signalling the full exit of the NTC consortium of PE firms that once owned the majority of the group.
