Mobile operators association GSMA has appointed Louise Easterbrook as its new CFO, replacing Jeremy Sewell who left after more than 10 years.
In her new role, Easterbrook will be responsible for overseeing the business and financial performance of GSMA.
Easterbrook, who has more than 20 years of telecoms and finance experience, will report to GSMA director general Anne Bouverot.
Prior to joining GSMA, she worked at Cable & Wireless and Vodafone, most recently serving as Vodafone’s regional financial controller for Africa.
The GSMA says it represents nearly 800 mobile operators worldwide.
