France Telecom-Orange has appointed one CEO delegate and three deputy CEOs at the request of chairman and CEO Stephane Richard in a move to reinforce the company’s corporate governance structure.
Gervais Pellissier will become CEO delegate from 1 November, while remaining in charge of the group’s finance and information systems.
In addition, Delphine Ernotte Cunci, Pierre Louette and Bruno Mettling have been appointed deputy CEOs, also starting on 1 November.
Ernotte Cunci will retain her position as senior executive vice-president Orange France. Louette stays senior executive vice-president in charge of the France carriers division and group sourcing & supply chain, and group general secretary.
Bruno Mettling remains senior executive vice-president in charge of group human resources.
With Jean-Philippe Vanot, France Telecom-Orange has now four deputy CEOs.
