The five-year US$1bn tranche carries a coupon of 2.75% and a re-offer spread of US treasury bond + 195 bp, while the ten-year US$1bn tranche carries a coupon of 4.125% and a re-offer spread of US treasury bond + 220 bp.
The company said in a release it ‘has seized a window of opportunity in the dollar bond market to continue to extend the maturity of its debt while diversifying still further its funding sources.’
