The Spanish WiMAX Internet provider Eurona Wireless Telecom has acquired another WiMAX provider, Xarxa de Telecomunicacions, for E454,500.
In a statement, Barcelona-based Eurona said that the transaction would take place through an exchange of shares.
This is the third company that Eurona has acquired in 2011. The others were Broadband Costa Blanca and Europa Networks S.L.
