Satellite imagery provider DigitalGlobe has appointed Kimberly Till, CEO of market research firm Harris Interactive, as an independent director.
Till will reportedly receive DigitalGlobe’s standard compensation package for non-employee directors, which includes an initial equity grant worth US$170,000.
CEO and chairman Jill Smith said: “Kimberly’s broad management experience and impressive track record of driving growth in content and information companies will be enormously helpful as we continue to expand our business by delivering information and insight products globally to our customers.”
