Caribbean operator Digicel has said it will issue US$250m eight-year senior notes in a private placement which will carry 6% interest.
The telco did not say what the proceeds from the latest high-yield offering would be used for.
Earlier this month Digicel completed the sale of US$1bn 6% senior notes maturing in 2021.
The offering which closed earlier in March was managed by Citi, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, and Davy, who all acted as bookrunners.
A Citi director commented at the time that Digicel issued US$1bn at one of the lowest coupons ever for a single B-rated corporate issuer in the Latin and Caribbean debt markets.
Bermuda-incorporated Digicel offers mobile services in the Caribbean and parts of Central America and Oceania.
