Daisy Communications has continued its acquisition streak by agreeing to buy BNS Telecom Group for £10.45m.
The deal will enable Daisy to strengthen its position in the telecoms resale market. AIM listed Daisy is expecting EBITDA of £4m on revenue of £30m from the deal next year.
Daisy offered 220p per share for BNS, which is an IP telecoms carrier and reseller of fixed and mobile lines.
Liberum Capital is Daisy’s financial adviser.
Daisy Communications chief executive Matthew Riley said in a statement to the Stock Exchange: “This offer makes great sense for Daisy, given the scale and position of BNS within the UK SME market.
“This acquisition will strengthen our position in the reseller market and is another step towards the Daisy Group consolidating this fragmented sector following the integration of our previous acquisitions.”
