Russian operator Comstar UTS has taken full control of its Yekaterinburg-based subsidiaries.
Its fully-owned unit Comstar-Regions bought the outstanding 20% stake in cable operator EuroTel and a 25% stake in Management and Leasing LLC, which own communications infrastructure for Rbs100m (E2.5m) in cash.
EuroTel provides cable TV, high-speed internet access and fixed-line services.
