Russian operator Comstar UTS has acquired 100% of Tenzor Telecom for Rbs220m (E5.35m).
Tenzor Telecom offers fixed-line and internet services in Yaroslavl, a city of 600,000 people in Central Russia. It has over 23,000 subscribers, of which 22,000 are residential customers and 1,100 are corporate clients.
The company had a net debt of Rbs32.7m (E800,000) at the time of the acquisition.
