US regional telco Cincinnati Bell has announced the departure of its CFO Kurt Freyberger who will leave the operator at the end of the month.

US regional telco Cincinnati Bell has announced the departure of its CFO Kurt Freyberger who will leave the operator at the end of the month.
Cincinnati Bell’s chief administrative officer Leigh Fox will replace him on 1 October.
Fox joined the company in 2001 and previously served as senior vice president of finance.
Cincinnati Bell CEO Ted Torbeck said: “Leigh brings not only a strong financial background but also broad strategic and operational experience to this role.”
Freyberger is leaving the company to pursue new opportunities, but has entered into a six-month consulting agreement with Cincinnati Bell to provide financial advice.
The telco provides fixed-line and mobile services in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky and reported revenues of US$1.5bn for 2012 and US$535m adjusted EBITDA.
