Shu Yeh has been named as the new CFO of Chunghwa Telecom, replacing Joseph C.P. Shieh.
Shieh will continue in his role as chairman of Chunghwa Investment, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chunghwa Telecom. Yeh has been an independent director at Chunghwa Telecom since 2007.
