The systems involved in the acquisition provide digital video, HDTV, high-speed internet and phone services to 16,000 customers in Missouri.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in Q3 2011.
US Cable was advised by Waller Capital.
Charter’s president of operations, Steven Apodaca, said that there is a “strong geographic link” between the acquired systems and Charter’s current operations, which currently serve customers in Missouri.
