Ceske Radiokomunikace (CRa), which owns and operates broadcasting and telecoms tower infrastructure in the Czech Republic, has named Vit Vazan as its new CFO from 1 November.
Vazan replaces Martin Gebauer, who was promoted to CEO in June.
Vazan has spent the past eight years with local media company Nova. He served as CFO since 2009 and, this year, also acted as executive director.
He has also worked for Vodafone and PwC.
CRa is 100%-owned by three Macquarie-managed funds. Its primary business is transmitting TV and radio signals for public and commercial broadcasters.
