The telco said in a statement that its board of directors instructed the company to prepare the issue of two new series of debentures to Israeli residents.
Execution, timing, and terms are still to be determined.
Cellcom is Israel’s largest mobile operator with more than 3 million customers. Cellcom recently sealed a 4G network sharing agreement with competitor Golan Telecom.
