At least four candidates would be interested in the Polish television and radio broadcast tower company Emitel, according to BroadbandTVnews.
France’s TDF, which already holds a stake in a smaller transmission company called PSN, Innova Capital, EQT and Advent have been mentioned as potential buyers.
Rothschild was said last year to have been appointed by telecoms incumbent TPSA to review strategic options its tower company, which could be worth between PLN600m (E148m) and PLN1bn (E247m).
Bids are reportedly due by the end of the month.
