The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications (ARCE), Burkina Faso’s telecoms regulator, announced the launch of a global tender for a combined fixed and wireless concession, including the provision of third-generation (3G) services, according to a statement published on its website today.
The tender is for services covering the whole of Burkina Faso with the licence valid for 10 years. Submissions need to be made before 19th October 2010.
