The article claimed that a lack of interest was behind the decision to call off the tender, which was supposed to be held in early December.
Bulgarian mobile operators Mobiltel, Globul and Vivatel, had reportedly shown initial interest in the frequencies, as well as internet and cable TV operator Blizoo, 4G COM and Traxcom. But those companies decided not to proceed due to the conditions offered by the regulator.
