French mobile operator Bouygues Telecom has entered the Telefonica Partners Program, a commercial agreement to cooperate on a number of business areas.
The alliance covers the improvement of roaming service, the provision of service to corporate customers and cooperation on devices.
Bouygues Telecom will also have access to Telefonica Global Services, the Spanish company’s procurement unit.
In a release, Telefonica said: “By accessing Telefonica’s assets and scale, Bouygues will be able to further improve its end-to-end customer experience, increase its competitiveness and generate savings.”
