Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML) has appointed Deutsche Bank’s Chris Cormier as TMT and industrials managing director. He will join its Americas equity capital markets team.
According to an internal memo seen by TelecomFinance, Cormier, who will start his new role in August, joins BofAML after 10 years at Deutsche Bank, where he was promoted to head of technology equity capital markets in January.
In his new role, Cormier, based in New York, will drive TMT origination efforts, reporting to JD Moriarty, BofAML head of Americas ECM.
