Eurocom reportedly has 20,000 subscribers. It is currently owned by local company Telco Consulting Group.
The MVNO has been using Bite’s network since its launch in 2003.
Bite is owned by Mid Europa Partners since 2007.
Neither Bite Lithuania nor Telco Consulting Group replied to request for comments before press time.
