Indian telco Bharti Airtel has appointed Rajiv Rajgopal as CEO of its Broadband/Data division and Shashi Arora as CEO of DTH/ Media services. Both divisions are part of Bharti Airtel’s Consumer Business Group.
Prior to his appointment as CEO of Broadband/Data, Rajgopal managed the integration of the circles of Tamil Nadu and Kerala (KTN), in addition to leading this leadership circle for the mobile business.
Shashi Arora managed the mobile business in the Delhi and Upper North circles before taking on his new role.
In their new roles, both Rajiv Rajgopal and Shashi Arora will report to K Srinivas- President of Bharti Airtel’s Consumer Business.
