Belgacom has sold the British arm of its IT services business Telindus to UK communication services provider Telent.
The disposal comes six months after the Belgian incumbent offloaded Telindus France to Paris-based conglomerate Vivendi.
Belgacom did not disclose the value of the sale but said the unit contributed €62m (US$78m) in revenues to its enterprise business last year.
It expects to close the sale in a matter of weeks, subject to customary conditions.
Belgacom acquired Telindus – also present in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands – in 2006 for about €600m following a heated battle with French incumbent Orange.
It sold the French unit, which generated pro-forma revenues of €241m in 2013, for €95m in May.
