Belgacom has appointed Bruno Delhaise as the new head of low-cost brand Scarlet.
Delhaise will start as managing director of Scarlet – which provides basic fixed, mobile and internet services – on 1 September, a spokesperson for the Belgian incumbent confirmed.
He replaces Pierre-Eric Evrard, who left the company in late May.
Delhaise, currently team leader of the mobile acquisition division, joined Belgacom in 2003 as part of its ‘Young Potential’ programme. He has held several internal management roles, including internet category manager and marketing strategy manager, before assuming his current position.
