Belgian incumbent Belgacom has agreed to buy retail chain store The Phone House Belgium from Best Buy Europe for E22m.
Belgacom said the acquisition would enable it to increase proximity with customer and offer them personalised services.
The Phone House Belgium, which has 114 stores, will continue to operate as an independent chain under its own trade name.
Best Buy Europe is a joint venture between The Carphone Warehouse and Best Buy.
