The Ariane 5 ECA mission has again failed to launch. The spacecraft, carrying Arabsat-5A and COMS payloads had been scheduled to take off yesterday, June 24.
Arianespace, however, opted for a rain cheque because of a vehicle anomaly on the main cryogenic stage. The launch of Flight 195 was called off at T-16.
The commercial launch service provider said it would announce a new departure date as soon as possible.
Another anomaly, this time involving the launcher subsystem, led to the cancellation of the originally scheduled mission on June 23.
