Mexican telecoms group America Movil has completed its acquisition of Miami-based digital content company DLA. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In a statement to the Mexican stock exchange, America Movil said that it had acquired 100% of DLA’s shares from Claxson Interactive Group.
DLA provides entertainment content designed for digital distribution. It has four million subscribers in 25 countries, including countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
