French enterprise IP voice and data operator Acropolis made its debut on NYSE Alternext market in Paris yesterday. Following a delisting the day before from the Marché Libre, the company transferred its 3,990,113 existing shares to its new home.
“Our move to NYSE Alternext opens the way for quicker expansion combining continued momentum from organic growth with new impetus from acquisitions targeting businesses whose fields of operation or geographical range complement our own,” said Samir Koleilat, chairman of Acropolis Telecom, in a statement. “That will require several tens of millions of euro over the next three years, which we hope we will be able to raise on NYSE Alternext.”
In June, Acropolis received E1.8m through a capital increase from existing investor BNP Paribas Private Equity. At the time, the company said its objective was to place acquisitions at the centre of its national expansion strategy.
Acropolis, founded in 2001 by Koleilat, provides services to companies with up to 2000 employees. In the first half of the year, it recorded a 17.2% revenue growth.
