The CEO of Australian broadband operator AAPT, David Yuile, will resign from his role on 28 February.
His departure coincides with the completion of the sale of AAPT to Sydney-based ISP TPG Telecom this Friday.
Last December, incumbent Telecom New Zealand agreed to sell its AAPT unit for A$450m (US$410m).
The deal is in line with Telecom NZ’s redefined strategy to become “a future-oriented, competitive provider of communication, entertainment and IT services delivered over its networks and cloud”, it said in a statement at the time.
