Deloitte has named two new external recruits as partners in its technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) team.
Dan Adams is telecommunications lead in the Deloitte Digital practice, focusing on new client relationships and consulting on issues including connectivity, risk and cost reduction. He joins from Accenture’s global telecoms team, having specialised in marketing, sales, service and supply chain.
Paul Staples has become head of the TMT sector in Deloitte’s advisory corporate finance business. He moves from BNP Paribas, where he was head of UK corporate finance and a senior managing director in the European investment banking division. Prior to this, he held TMT advisory roles at both Schroders and Citigroup.
Welcoming the two, Ed Marsden, UK telecommunications lead partner at Deloitte, said: “We are delighted that Paul and Dan have joined our TMT partner team. Both have enviable CVs and it is clear to see that they will further strengthen our TMT offering.”
